The software is owned by S-AlgoL Consulting and Software Inc. (Canada) and is protected by copyright law and international treaties. You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material.

Restrictions

You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or attempt to discover its source code.

Disclaimer

The software is intended as an aid for licensed professional engineers. It does not replace professional judgment, and the user is responsible for checking all results.

No warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranties of performance, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. S-AlgoL Consulting and Software disclaims liability for any damages arising from its use.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by North American law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. If the laws where you live conflict with these terms, do not use the software.
